A taste of Hyderabad, rooted in tradition

Hyderabad House is a beloved Indian restaurant rooted in the flavors of the Indian city of Hyderabad. We brought those flavors with us — the biryanis, the haleem, the tandoor smoke — and built a home for them in Maryland Heights, Missouri.

We're known for our biryanis: fragrant basmati rice slow-cooked with meat or vegetables and a blend of whole spices. Chicken, mutton, fish, and vegetarian — each one served with raita, the cooling yogurt condiment, and salan, the tangy curry that completes the plate.

Every dish is built on a foundation we never compromise: spices we toast and grind ourselves, dough we stretch by hand, and a clay tandoor that has never gone cold since the day we opened.
